People Working Cooperatively (PWC) is hosting its Annual Recognition Celebration at Drees Pavilion on Thursday, October 21. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with the program beginning at Noon. At the event, PWC will honor those that have made an impact on their mission throughout another successful year of saving homes and restoring pride. Individual reservations are $45 and a table sponsorship is $500. Tickets are available for purchase online.
“The work we do each and every day allows our neighbors to stay healthy and safe in their own homes,” said Jock Pitts, PWC President. “This event is about honoring those in the community that help us to achieve and further our mission — from our staff, volunteers, local businesses to like-minded organizations. We are truly thankful for their dedication and support.”
The 2021 award recipients include Christian Florea (Chairman’s Award), Gorilla Glue Company (Friends of PWC Award), Center for Clinical and Translational Science and Training (Friends of PWC Award), Chris Bell (Volunteer of the Year Award), and Randi Kamp (Employee of the Year Award).
